Auer's specialty is thin materials, both metallic and non-metallic, in the range 0.001 - 0.060" thicknesses. A wide variety of tool designs can be supported, from single hit to progressive designs. Auer offers a full range of die design, engineering and manufacturing services.

Auer introduced the MasterDie^TM with insert technology in early 1995. This allows for rapid turnaround for new designs, often eliminating the need for prototype volumes. Our stamping equipment set allows for progressive stamping rates up to 600 spm.
