Film Frames:

Film frames provide a robust handling solution for the transport of IC patterned silicon and compound semiconductor wafers. Auer film frames are constructed primarily of 410 bright HT stainless steel and are electro-polished to ensure maximum operator safety and ease of use.

Standard SEMI compliance geometries for 4", 6", 8" and 12" (100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm) film frames are routinely in stock. Custom frames can also be manufactured to customer specifications. Other options include on-frame bar coding or bar-code pocketing for in-process scanning.
