Auer Precision is renowned for being one of the leading Class A tool design/build and stamping companies in the world. Auer supplies stampings to eight of the Fortune 100 companies and has long established relationships with many customers.

Tooling starts with Engineering. Utilizing 3-D modeling and direct interfaces between Engineering and digital manufacturing, Auer Precision is capable of optimizing product design for both manufacturability and cost effectiveness.

Auer has invested substantially in an extensive web-enabled communication infrastructure that provides web-based project management, document and print version management and controlled access to critical data.

Auer's specialty is thin materials, both metallic and non-metallic, in the range 0.001 - 0.060" thicknesses. A wide variety of tool designs can be supported, from single hit to progressive designs. Auer offers a full range of die design, engineering and manufacturing services.

Auer Precision is the world's leading expert for non-metallic, high precision stamping. Typical materials include: Melinex, Mylar, Polyester, Polycarbonate, and multi-layer substrates with adhesives (pressure sensitive or thermal). Auer currently produces 60-70 million parts per year and has shipped billions of parts to precise specifications over the last 20 years.

Auer introduced the MasterDie™ with insert technology in 1995. This allows for rapid turnaround for new designs, often eliminating the need for prototype volumes. Our stamping equipment set allows for progressive stamping rates up to 600 spm.

Auer offers a 5,000 sq ft, Class 100 clean room with humidity control for those non-metal stamping applications requiring environmental control.
